Data can still be accessed for enquiry or reporting using both the programs in BPCS and company specific reporting tools. Small Blue Archiving changes nothing as far as users are concerned. User defined files (i.e. extension files) can be archived as well. If necessary, a company can restore the archived data back into the BPCS environment.
Small Blue Archiving also includes general housekeeping functions to help keep your BPCS environment running efficiently.
